A local automotive center has expanded its business to create more business and new jobs.
Gates Automotive Center opened its new facility in West Henrietta Monday. The $4 million facility has already created 16 new jobs and company officials anticipate creating 10 more by 2012.

Company president Jim Fonzi said that the automotive business is one that is always in demand, no matter what the economy is like.
The new facility allows the automotive workers to work on larger trucks. It also uses an energy-efficient lighting system and a bio-degradable soap-based cleaning system.
