Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say the woman who died in a one-car crash Monday in Chili is the wife of the town's former supervisor, Jerome Brixner. Authorities say when 80-year-old Jerome Brixner lost control of his car and crashed, his 74-year-old wife, Irene Brixner, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
