The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra played in the hall for the first time since a more than $23 million renovation.

Some of the most visible changes include new orchestra and mezzanine level boxes. The walls were reshaped in an effort to improve acoustics.

There is also an expanded inner lobby and a now energy-efficient grand chandelier.
