The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 20 is concerned that many veterans from all wars don't know what health benefits are available to them.

So they're holding a benefits fair. The December 5 event at the Greece Town Hall will include information from the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Monroe County Veterans Agency, on compensation.

The VOA wants all veterans to get the care and benefits they're entitled to.

"I ran into this lady that was paying $167 a month for her husband's medication. He was a WW2 vet. You know he probably can get that at the VA for nothing," said Ken Moore, president of the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 20. "Today, with the way health insurance and the economy and everything, they get down there and they gotta enroll and see what they're eligible for."

The Veterans Benefit Fair is free and open to all vets. It's at the Greece Town Hall, December 5.

There are two sessions, one starting at 9 a.m. and the other at 11 a.m.
