Anne began her career with YNN Rochester as a part-time production assistant on the Ten O’Clock Report in May of 1990.
As the station grew, so did Anne’s role. She was promoted to full-time director in January of 1991, then production supervisor one year later.
In March of 2008, Anne assumed her current role as operations manager, where she not only oversees the busy workings of a 24-hour news operation, but remains hands-on by directing weekly production in the YNN Control Room.
Anne is extremely proud to have been a part of the many different transitions that have occurred at the station during her career and thankful for the many opportunities she has had.
Rochester has been home for Anne just about her entire life. She is a graduate of Fairport High School. She then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in television and radio from the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Prior to joining YNN, Anne worked briefly as an operations technician at WHEC-TV.
When Anne is not busy with her many projects in the news department, she can be found traveling (she is an avid cruiser) or training and competing with her dog, Geddy, in local agility events.
