Josh was born and raised in Central New York.
As a Fairmount native Josh has great knowledge of our highly variable weather, which led him to an early interest in meteorology.
Two major weather events that also sparked his interest in weather were the Blizzard of 1993 and the Labor Day Storms in 1998.
Josh attended SUNY Oswego where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in meteorology.
What started as an internship with us eventually grew to a full-time position on our staff.
