College Student Arrested for Texting Nude Photos
An RIT student is under arrest, accused of texting naked pictures of himself to an underage girl in Ontario County.
State police arrested Cody Turner, 20, on the campus of RIT. Turner is from Overbrook, Kansas.
Turner faces a felony charge of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors (first-degree), and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (misdemeanor).
Turner is being held in the Ontario County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
