Man Pleads Guilty to Bank Loan Application Fraud
A Rochester man pleaded guilty to bank loan application fraud.

David Gaylord, 51, pleaded guilty to the charge, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a one million dollar fine.

In 2006, Gaylord knowingly lied about his income when applying for credit cards from three different banks, leaving outstanding balances on those accounts and ultimately filing for bankruptcy.

Gaylord will be sentenced on September 24th.
