The Rochester Police Department says a woman driver may have suffered a medical condition as she was traveling on Ridgeway Avenue near Mt. Read Boulevard around 7:30 a.m. The condition may have caused her to drive across the center line and crash into a minivan.

She did not have any passengers in her car. A man and a woman were in the minivan. Authorities say all three were taken to the hospital with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
