Calling hours continue this evening for Fairport High School teacher Heather Boyum; this, as Monroe County sheriff's investigators continue to gather information on how she died.
Mark Scerbo, 22, is charged with second degree manslaughter. Police say Scerbo riding his motorcycle in Penfield Sunday morning when he struck Boyum on her bicycle.
Police say his girlfriend, 23-year old Megan Merkel, was driving drunk when she ran over Boyum.
The 40-year old Boyum was a popular teacher at Fairport High School. The school district offered counseling to students after the crash.
Calling hours for Boyum continue through 7 p.m. at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home on Pittsford-Palmyra Road in Fairport. Boyum's funeral service will be on Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. John's of Rochester Church in Fairport.
