According to New York State Police, 45-year-old Daniel White of Dundee is charged with one count of sex abuse, one count of forcible touching, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Troopers say White approached a girl under that age of 15 as she walked home from school and inappropriately touched her.

White is being held in the Yates County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
