ALBANY, N.Y. -- A Marist College poll shows Attorney General Andrew
Cuomo's approval rating fell 13 points in two weeks.

In the poll taken Monday of 529 voters, Cuomo's job approval rating was 54 percent, down from 67 percent two weeks ago.

It comes as his office is investigating whether Governor Paterson illegally contacted a woman who accused one of Paterson's aides of domestic abuse.

The poll's margin of error is 4.5 percent.
