A former star athlete and high school basketball coach accused of raping a student was arrested again Thursday. Police in Gates took Monte Nowden into custody after a lawful traffic stop. Prosecutors say when Nowden was pulled over, the same teenage girl he's accused of having a sexual relationship with was with him.
