Some students at the University of Rochester did some thinking outside the bun Wednesday.
The 2013 class council set a Guinness World Record by lining up some 900 edible tacos to create the world's longest taco line. The previous record of 853 was sent by Michigan State University.
Just what does it take to make 900 tacos?
“Many, many pounds of chicken, pounds of lettuce, pounds of cheese, obviously upwards of probably 900 tortillas, so quite a big amount of taco supplies,” said Nick Lewandowski, a student.
The record-breaking taco line was set up just in time for lunch, where students enjoyed the tacos.
