Wyoming County sheriff's investigators identified the body of a woman found in a Castile home last week.

Police believe the body had been in the home for about a year.

They forced their way into a home on Chamberlain Road last week after numerous attempts to locate the prior homeowner came up empty.

Inside, police found the body of a 60-year-old woman, now identified as Karen Bowles.

Police say foul play is not suspected. Investigators believe Bowles died sometime back in January of 2009.
