No more running from store to store with samples in hand guessing what the remodeling project might look like when it is finally finished.

Concept to completion, all under one roof is what the new Victor-based Inde Intuitive Design studio promises.

Grant and Barb Fowler say the remodeling process can be stressful.

"When the house was first built we had to go to various suppliers to put different things in the home which required a lot of running around," said Grant Fowler, a customer.

They said Inde Intuitive Design made them feel comfortable about their decisions and their investment in their kitchen.

"Everything's very visible so you can see what they're talking about because I'm not very good at visualizing," said Barb Fowler.

The first of its kind in Rochester, the end-to-end remodeling studio is a partnership between two established local builders: Morrell Builders, Inc. and Pride Mark Homes.

"Whether they're doing a new home project and they're making selections for a new home or they are starting a remodel project and they need some design ideas, they need some product knowledge. We have the right people in place with kitchen and bath designers and design consultants to really be able to help a customer from start to finish," said Jim Barbato, Inde Intuitive Design partner.

From kitchen and bath, to lighting flooring and plumbing, the 5,000-square-foot studio is filled with products set up the way they would appear in your home.

"It's very interactive where the pieces move from place to place. You can grab a faucet and bring it into the kitchen area you can grab a hard wood floor sample bring it into the kitchen, grab a granite sample, move the pieces around and really coordinate them," Barbato explained.

Barbato said products are available in a wide price range. Even before its grand opening, customers like the Fowler's helped Inde to rack in more than $1 million in revenues.
