The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA) approved tax breaks for Callfinity's move into the former Rochester Button Factory.

Callfinity management said it has outgrown its space in Pittsford and considered moving out of Monroe County.

Callfinity's move is expected to create 52 new full time employees within three years.
