A subsidiary of Quarry Road Holdings of Syracuse acquired Geneva-based packaging company Lauraville Specialty Products.

The newly formed Lauraville Packaging's acquisition includes the Geneva manufacturing facilities and exclusive rights to the company's product lines, services, and national distribution chain.

Terms of the deal were not released.
