RGH's Chief of Urology Helps Develop Robotic Surgery
Toronto based Titan Medical appointed Rochester General Hospital’s surgeon Dr. John Valvo to its medical advisory board.
Titan management said it chose the RGH Chief of Urology and Director of Robotics for his pioneering initiatives in robotic surgery.
He'll assist in developing the Amadeus Robotic Surgical System for use in procedures that are currently not possible or difficult to perform with existing technology.
