Rochester Midland Corporation was awarded $300,000 from the state to go towards its new facility in Ogden.

Rochester Midland consolidated its headquarters into the new location in 2010. The funding will help pay for the purchase and renovation of the new facility.

The company is planning to add 16 jobs to its current workforce of 175.

Rochester Midland is a specialty chemical company.
