The $3.25 million upgrade to the facilities on St Paul Street has connected and renovated two older buildings into a commercial and industrial space.

The renovation was made to improve the functionality, cleanliness and energy efficiency of
the the building, where the company manufactures optical components and temperature and pressure instruments.

The redevelopment project was finished in September and took one year to complete.
