First Niagara Releases Annual Business Survey
First Niagara released results Tuesday of its annual survey of Upstate New York business leaders.
Thirty-six percent of the 128 responses received expect business conditions for the state economy to improve. That's down two percent from last year.
The survey also showed
overall confidence in Rochester among business leaders is second highest in the state.
