Ribbon Cut on 'Bridge Square' on West Main Street
The former Josh Lofton School in Rochester has found new life as a mixed-use building.
Even before it was a school, the newly dubbed Bridge Square site at the corner of West Main Street and Cascade Drive was a factory.
Now, the 111-year-old building has been renovated for 67,000 square feet of office, retail, and loft-style apartments.
City officials and members from Passero Associates and Spoleta Construction were on hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday.
