Chocolate Shop Busy for Valentine's Day

A Rochester chocolate shop is busy today handcrafting truffles, chocolate treats and caramels.
Hedonist Artisan Chocolates on South Avenue rolls, cuts, dips and decorates, all by hand.
The chocolate shop located in the South Wedge had their salted caramels voted in the top ten by the New York Times.
"We made top ten out of the 27 they chose to explore and review. They reviewed ten and we were one of them and we've been busy for the last eight days," said Jennifer Posey, owner of Hedonist Artisan Chocolates.
Posey said individually they have made over 20,000 salted caramels in the past week, more than they would make in five months.
In addition to the salted caramels, Hedonist is making Valentine's Day specials. One called the "Chocolatier's Choice" features a variety of their collections.
Hedonist is located at 674 South Avenue.
