President Obama’s speech and DNC proceedings moved to TWC arena
It seems the Republicans aren't the only party to have their convention plans altered by Mother Nature. President Obama was originally scheduled to speak at the outdoor Bank of America Stadium, but due to weather concerns, the location has been moved indoors to the Time Warner Cable Arena.
