It took a Monroe County jury less that two hours to convict a man in a seven-year-old murder case. Jurors found Tajh Anderson, 21, guilty of second degree murder.
He was on trial of killing Stacy Long in 2005 on Campbell Street. Long was shot Oct. 13, 2005 outside the Campbell Street Community Center.
Long's family believed he was killed because he was the witness to another murder.
Police investigators say they developed some strong leads about a year and a half ago that led to the arrest.
Because Anderson was only fourteen years old at the time of the homicide, he was tried as a juvenile. Anderson faces 15 years to life when he is sentenced Sept. 19.
