The state Department of Transportation will lay out its plans for improving traffic at the route-390, route-490, and Lyell Avenue interchange in Gates.
This would be a long term project over several years, but the DOT needs approval in order to start. The DOT will show off the plans during an open house Wednesday night from 6-7:15 p.m. at the Gates Town Hall.
The project would include replacing bridges on and over route-390. The public hearing starts at 7:30 p.m. where planners are looking for public comments.
