The Pittsford man accused of causing a crash that killed his friend is out of the hospital and is now being held in the Monroe County Jail.
Michael Weber, 20, is charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Weber was driving with a revoked license and was speeding down East Street in Pittsford around 2:30 a.m. Aug. 26 when he lost control of his car and struck a tree.
Joel Ajavon, 20, a passenger in the car, died at the scene.
Weber is being held on $75,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
