A Wheatland woman faces animal cruelty charges after the Humane Society says she failed to provide proper nourishment to her horses.
Barbara Galbraith is charged with three counts of failure to provide proper food and water.
The charges are misdemeanors.
Investigators say they executed a search warrant at Gailbrath's farm on Aug. 28. They say they found horses without water.
Five of Gailbrath's horses were confiscated and taken to Lollypop Farm.
