Friends and family gathered at the place where a loved one was shot to death Thursday for a vigil.
Police say Raheem Williams, 22, was standing near Saratoga Avenue shortly after 5 p.m. when someone rode by on a bike and shot him.
He was hit multiple times and died a short time later at Strong Hospital. This is the sixth homicide in the past two weeks.
Family members are asking for the violence to come to an end.
"We don't want retaliation, we don't want revenge," said Vandell Marshall, Raheem's Cousin. "We forgive the person who took the flower from us, we just want the violence to stop."
Police are still looking for the killer.
