There is a place to take your unwanted electronics thanks to a local company that specializes in recycling all sorts of electronics.
State Senator Mike Ranzenhofer and Sunnking Electronics Recycling sponsored a recycling event Saturday.
They accepted laptops, printers, video game consoles, TV's and more at the Transportation Facility for the Churchville-Chili School District in Churchville.
They took anything with a circuit board or cords in an effort to help protect the environment by sending less hazardous waste to landfills.
"It's a very environmentally driven event, so we can get these items into the proper place where they're supposed to be, recycled as opposed to a landfill," said Mike Ranzenhofer, (R) Senate - Amherst.
Time Warner Cable, the parent company of YNN, was also a sponsor.
