The Ontario County Democratic Committee Chairman Monday filed two separate federal complaints regarding Congressman Tom Reed.
John Hurley joined us Monday to talk about what Reed's office has called a tax payment "error."
In August, the Congressman admitted to paying his personal property taxes late 38 times since 2005. Several weeks later, Reed admitted to making one of those payments using campaign funds.
Reed previously released a statement in which he took responsibility for the incident, saying that he immediately corrected the error by personally reimbursing his campaign account, and at no time were there insufficient funds in his personal account.
