A new dairy facility is coming to Livingston County to help farmers meet growing milk demands.
Western New York Enterprise LLC, will build a new 14,000 square foot cold milk separation facility in the town of York.
The $12 million project will create 11 new jobs.
The new plant will be located at Noblehurst Farms and will receive about one million pounds of fresh milk per day to separate into standardized milk and cream.
WNY Enterprise is a partnership between Dairy Farmers of America and Craigs Station Ventures.
