The new Saint John Fisher School of Business is now open for business.
The Victor E. Salerno Center for American Enterprise was dedicated Tuesday afternoon.
A graduate of the class of '66, Salerno gave a gift of $2 million to St. John Fisher in 2011.
Salerno, President Donald Bain, and college faculty, staff and students were there to show support. The ribbon cutting Tuesday officially opened the center.
"Vic Salerno is a visionary," said Bain. "He saw this as not only as asset for our college, not only a tribute to our students, faculty and staff, but a very important part of the future of the Rochester region."
The Salerno Center has a mock trading room, an LED financial ticker and study areas for students.
