A man facing 65-years to life in prison passed away Wednesday after suffering from advanced stage cancer.
According to the District Attorney's Office, Tyrone Members, 24, died Wednesday in hospice care.
Members was convicted for second degree murder in the deaths of Jamel Wiggington, 17, and Rasean Roberts, 19, back in 2007. Members was 19 years old at the time.
Members was scheduled for a retrial due to a technicality, according to the DA's Office.
