The Teamsters Local 118 says voting will be held Monday on the latest contract offering from Wegmans.
The supermarket giant and some 900 employees represented by the union have been locked in a six-month contract fight.
At issue is the union's wish to stay part of in the New York State Teamsters Conference Pension and Retirement Fund.
Wegmans says the Fund is currently underfunded by $1.7 billion.
The latest Wegmans offer would give each full-time Teamsters employee an immediate $1,000 lump sum and an 18% pay increase over the life of the six-year contract.
Wegmans says the employees who work in distribution and transportation on average earn $50,000 a year, with truck drivers earning an average of $70,000.
Wegmans says it hopes an agreement will be reached soon.
