Community members came together Saturday at Cobb's Hill to play a 100-inning softball game for a good cause.
The game is dedicated to the memory of Noah Passero.
The 8-year-old died while waiting for a heart transplant in his 100th month with a heart condition.
Organizers hope the event will reinforce the importance of organ donation and how people can help out.
"The funds that are provide here today directly support pediatric cardiology research and we're trying to find a cure for something that right now doesn't have one," said Michael Fahy, Associate Director for Advancement at Golisano Children's Hospital.
