Jury selection got underway Monday in the murder trial of the three men accused in the shooting deaths of three other men in March of 2010.
Richard Anderson, 49, Andrew Wright, 43, and Ashton Johnson, 41, are accused in the execution style shootings of Robert Moncriffe, 29, Christopher Green, 40, and Mark Wisdom 38.
Prosecutors say the three Jamaican nationals, who were living in the country illegally, entered the Holyoke Park Apartments in Greece and shot the three victims.
Police said one of the victims was found with his hands and feet bound and his mouth taped shut.
Police said marijuana trafficking was at the heart of the crime.
Anderson, Wright and Johnson were all indicted on federal murder charges and if convicted, could have faced the death penalty.
However, prosecutors decided in 2011 not to seek the death penalty on any of the suspects should they be convicted.
The three suspects were captured in Arizona.
The trial is expected to last several weeks.
