A jury convicted a man for a double shooting that left one man dead and another permanently injured.
Charles Perkins, 26, was convicted of murder and assault for his part in the shooting of Robert and Devon Vinson back in May of 2012.
The two victims had passed by a dice game and were chased by some of the men taking part.
The brothers were assaulted on Saxton Street and during the fight, Perkins picked up a gun dropped by one of the attackers and shot both victims. Robert died at the scene, but Devon survived with serious injuries.
There's no word on why the two brothers were targeted.
