A Rochester man is charged with two felonies after police say he was aggressively driving his motorcycle under the influence of alcohol.
Rochester police say Jeffrey Tyler, 48, was speeding around 8 p.m. on 490 West in the city.
Police say they smelled alcohol when they pulled him over and discovered he had a suspended license and should be on Federal Probation.
He has been charged with a felony DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation. Tyler will appear in city court at a later date.
Another person was arrested for felony DWI, this time in Victor.
Police say a Victor woman was charged with felony DWI after crashing into another car on State Route 96 in the village Saturday afternoon.
Police say Melissa Capezzuto, 43, was driving drunk and and following too closely when she caused a three car accident.
She was arraigned and taken to the Ontario County jail on $2,000 bail.
She will return to Victor Town court at a later date.
