The Orleans County Crime Task Force says a month long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the villages of Albion and Medina has led to the arrest of a Rochester man and a Brockport woman.
Investigators arrested Timothy Turner, 32, and Brigitte Lutsch, 20, following a traffic stop Sunday in the village of Albion. Both face numerous drug sale and possession charges.
Police say they seized crack cocaine, powder cocaine, marijuana, cash and drug paraphernalia as part of the investigation. Turner, who is on parole from Rochester, was arraigned and is being held without bail.
Lutsch is being held in the Orleans County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. Police say additional charges and arrests are pending.
