Celebrating fall in Rochester Genesee Brewing Company's ROCtoberfest attracted hundreds to the Brew House on Saturday.
There was live music, dancing, German food and, of course, beer.
A brewmaster offered samples outside and educated guests about the brew process and food pairings. German themed costumes, contests and prizes also kept the party going.
"We just reached our one year mark back in September and a lot of people still don't know about us so we wanted to throw one last event before the winter, try to get everybody together, it's gorgeous weather, we couldn't have asked for a better day to throw this," said Kristen MacEllven, Event Coordinator.
MacEllven said the event was a twist on German Octoberfest in that they featured local bands and brews.
