A Red Jacket School Board member is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an alleged incident at the elementary school on Oct. 9.
Clinton Krager, 50, of Manchester is accused of causing a disturbance when he went to the school to pick up his child.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says he became disruptive with staff over a school policy, and upset a couple of children, even making one of them cry.
Krager is also charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket.
