A man who competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics visited Rochester today to hold a training camp for wrestlers of all levels.
Ben Askren visited G2 Gym on Lyell Avenue to help train aspiring wrestlers. He's a two time NCAA champion with over 153 wins of his career.
"I show a little of my unique stuff, I have kind of a different style than other people in wrestling. I know they have a lot of good coaches that show them the basics so I'm trying to show them my unique stuff that I do," said Ben Askren, Professional Wrestler.
Askren runs a gym with his brother who is currently training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
