The woman accused of buying the guns eventually used in the Christmas Eve ambush that killed two West Webster Firefighters was in State Supreme Court Monday.
Attorneys for Dawn Nguyen and the prosecution are arguing the admissibility of evidence.
Nguyen is the woman accused of buying weapons for William Spengler in the West Webster shooting.
According to prosecutors, Nguyen lied to officials about purchasing the guns for her own use on the gun purchase form.
Firefighters Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka died in that attack.
Monday's "Huntley Hearing" was for the attorneys to discuss what specific evidence can be used in the upcoming trial. An interview with Nguyen, conducted by State Police investigators is being challenged, along with other evidence. That hearing will resume next Monday.
Nguyen also faces similar charges in Federal Court.
