Two Rochester residents face felony animal cruelty charges after police say they were involved in an organized animal fighting operation.
Martin Diaz and Maria Ginel were arrested after Rochester Police found evidence of the operation at their home.
Police say they found 10 roosters with body alterations that are typical of fighting birds. The two are in the Monroe County Jail with more charges pending.
The roosters are now in the care of the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm.
