The tony Turks and Caicos Islands group is staying alive in the recession by discounting its upscale experience in the spring and summer.
Located southeast of the Bahamas, the gleaming white shoreline of the Turks and Caicos Islands, has some eyesores in the form of stalled resort construction projects that are casualties of the economy.
