The Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled more than one million roman and roller shades.

The CPSC said the products pull cords can pose a strangulation hazard.

Only one minor injury was reported.

The shades were sold at Smith + Noble online and through the company's catalog from 1998 to April of this year.
