A 4-month old child's death prompted the Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall thousands of portable baby recliners.

The recall involves Baby Matters Nap Nanny recliners.

The CPSC said the death and 22 other incidents happened when the recliner was placed inside a crib. Baby Matters said recliners should be used on the floor only.

They were sold at stores nationwide from January of last year through July of this year.
