Lone tomato on plant that withered earlier in the year
Well, the one tomato plant that was doing poorly at the beginning of the summer has finally produced fruit. A lone tomato has sprouted but there are several more blossoms so there's still hope that we'll see more from this particular plant. We also have a ripe cherry tomato.
Our squash is blossoming again, with flowers getting ready to pop. The summer squash has a big yellow blossom that 's getting ready to open with the zucchini containing several blossoms that have yet to open.
The green beans have a few beans dangling from the plants. The plants never really grew much this year but they have produced a few beans .
The cayenne peppers are nice and red and are ready to pick. The habaneros are still green but they'll ready for picking soon.
Overall, the garden has really perked up in the last few weeks and we'll continue to watch it grow throughout the remainder of the season.
